MACOM Technology Solutions is looking for a highly skilled Customer Quality Engineer (CQE) to support customers in China and throughout Asia on a variety of products from different Business Units. Being the primary interface with customers, the successful candidate will process product quality related issues reported by customers with MACOM’s teams and drive internal activities to close issues to customer’s satisfaction in a timely manner. The candidate will also manage customer’s complaints, run internal metric reports, and provide general guidance and trainings to internal teams to continue improving MACOM’s product quality and customer service.
