About The Position

The Senior Real Estate Analyst will assist General Managers and the Resident Success Team in gathering and analyzing resident lease data to enable better optimization of company real estate assets. Data sources will be both internal and external.

Requirements

  • Ability to analyze and interpret industry journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from internal and external customers, vendors, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
  • Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups and/or executive-level committees.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or five years related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with CoStar Real Estate Manager (formerly Virtual Premise)
  • Experience with Power BI
  • MS Office Products, MS Teams and MS Dynamics (C360)

Responsibilities

  • Managing monthly resident rent escalations and ensuring timely, accurate updates to internal systems.
  • Drafting resident lease agreements and amendments on behalf of General Managers and Resident Success Managers as needed.
  • Conducting market research and analyzing market comparables to support the evaluation of potential growth opportunities.
  • Overseeing the monthly process for resident lease data across EMEA and Canada locations, ensuring consistency and compliance with regional requirements.
  • Assisting with square footage audits and related data verification activities.
  • Maintaining a high standard of data accuracy, documentation quality, and operational reliability.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to support special projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Providing operational and administrative support to the Vice President and Director of Resident Success.
