About The Position

Join Deckers Brands as a Senior Recruiter, Enterprise Functions and help shape the future of our teams across merchandising, planning, operations, and finance. In this hybrid role, you’ll manage full-cycle recruitment, deliver a candidate-centric experience, and partner with hiring leaders to develop strategies that attract and engage top diverse talent. You’ll leverage your network, build consistent sourcing funnels, and stay ahead of talent trends to ensure success. As a key member of the Global Talent Acquisition & People Experience team, you’ll support strategic initiatives and global programs, all while thriving in a fast-paced, inclusive environment. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a matrixed environment
  • Expertise in providing consultative support with a blend of strategic insight and operational execution
  • Proven track record in a fast-paced, diverse corporate environment
  • Problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence senior hiring leaders throughout the recruitment process

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles across several functions
  • Ensure a smooth, efficient process while prioritizing a positive candidate experience to meet hiring objectives
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline by leveraging sourcing strategies
  • Develop and maintain a consistent sourcing funnel, utilize innovative methods like talent pools, market mapping, and competitor analysis
  • Partner with key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and design recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Keep up with market trends and industry standards to identify competitive sourcing strategies
  • Utilize a deep understanding of key business functions to ensure recruitment of candidates who align with Deckers Brands core values and meet organizational needs.
  • Ensure a positive, efficient, and candidate-centric experience throughout the hiring process to attract top talent.
  • Contribute as a key member of the Global Talent Acquisition & People Experience team, supporting strategic initiatives and global programs.
