About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead recruitment efforts in partnership with executive leadership and Senior HR Business Partners. This role involves managing the full lifecycle recruitment process for mid to Senior-level hires, ensuring the best candidates are sourced, screened, and placed effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruiting, full cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, recruitment, and hiring.
  • 5+ years of agency and internal recruitment experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all recruitment efforts in collaboration with executive leadership and Senior HR Business Partners.
  • Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for mid to Senior-level hires.
  • Act as an interface between candidates and clients to negotiate packages and close candidates.
  • Source active and passive candidates through employee referrals, networking, and internal/external databases.
  • Screen resumes and interview candidates to assess technical and cultural fit.
  • Identify and participate in networking activities such as industry conferences, meetups, and open house events to build relationships and recruit top talent.
  • Develop proactive recruitment strategies for future business needs, internal mobility, and succession planning.
