About The Position

Our Senior Recruiter delivers on our mission by attracting talent to join our employee-owned team. As our Recruiter, you will provide staffing services to business partners and advance our brand nationwide. What you'll do: Manages end-to-end hiring—from sourcing strategy to candidate selection—while fostering strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and the community Identifies candidates through online platforms, direct outreach, and professional networks. Builds pipelines for hard-to-fill and future roles. Advises managers on recruiting strategies, oversees campus hiring, and guides the interview and offer process. Manages applicant tracking system and promotes Telligen’s culture and benefits. Represents Telligen positively to candidates and the community, aligning with company mission and values. Monitors recruiting trends in IT and healthcare to inform hiring strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field and/or equivalent skills or experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting, preferably in the information technology or health care industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of federal, state and local laws regarding employment and staffing practices
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Understanding of social media, sourcing strategies and technologies associated with staffing
