About The Position

Questeq is seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Recruiter to lead our recruiting function. This role will be responsible for developing and executing hiring strategies, managing full-cycle recruitment, strengthening employer branding, and building scalable recruiting processes that support business growth. The ideal candidate is data-driven, collaborative, and passionate about creating an outstanding candidate experience while delivering top-tier talent.

Requirements

5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment marketing
Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting analytics
Demonstrated ability to hire across multiple functions and levels
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Nice To Haves

2+ years of recruiting team leadership experience preferred
Experience in Information Technology recruiting preferred

Responsibilities

Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning initiatives
Develop and execute short- and long-term talent acquisition strategies
Advise hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, and compensation benchmarks
Recruitment & Hiring Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical positions and key leadership roles
Oversee sourcing strategies across job boards, social platforms, referrals, and direct outreach
Ensure structured, equitable, and efficient interview processes
Manage offer negotiations and closing strategies
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience Enhance employer brand presence across digital channels
Ensure a positive, consistent candidate journey
Process & Systems Optimization Optimize ATS and recruiting tools
Build reporting dashboards and analyze recruiting metrics
Continually improve processes to increase efficiency and quality of hire
