About The Position

The Senior Regional Operations Manager provides senior-level operational leadership, governance, and strategic oversight for manufacturing and logistics operations across the United States and Mexico. This role is accountable for regional performance, safety, compliance, financial outcomes, and cross-border operational alignment. The position is based in the United States and requires frequent cross-border travel to Mexico to provide executive oversight of affiliated manufacturing operations, including leadership of the Nuevo Laredo facility during a period of site leadership transition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; engineering, operations, or business-related field preferred.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of progressive operations or manufacturing leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading multi-function or multi-site operations through supervisory leaders.
  • Strong financial acumen, operational discipline, and leadership capability.
  • Employment is contingent upon authorization to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a cross-border or multinational environment strongly preferred.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide regional operational leadership and executive oversight for U.S. and Mexican operations.
  • Establish regional performance expectations and monitor KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, and service.
  • Lead site leadership teams to ensure alignment with corporate strategy, operating standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for operational, compliance, and cross-border coordination matters.
  • Support organizational stability and continuity during leadership transitions.
  • Provide senior operational leadership for the Laredo, TX warehouse.
  • Directly manage the Warehouse Supervisor, ensuring effective supervision of warehouse personnel through established leadership structures.
  • Maintain accountability for: Safety and regulatory compliance, Inventory accuracy and material integrity, Shipping performance and customer fulfillment, Operational efficiency and cost control
  • Review staffing plans, performance results, and corrective actions through supervisory leadership.
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Sales, and Corporate Operations to support customer demand and service commitments.
  • Provide senior operational leadership and executive oversight for the Nuevo Laredo manufacturing facility during a period of site leadership transition.
  • Lead site operations through functional supervisors and department leads, including production, quality, maintenance, and safety.
  • Set operational priorities, performance targets, and compliance expectations for the facility.
  • Conduct regular executive reviews, operational audits, and on-site leadership engagement.
  • Ensure continuity of operations, adherence to safety and quality standards, and alignment with U.S. operational requirements.
  • Partner with corporate leadership on future site leadership planning and organizational development.
  • Own regional operating budgets and cost controls.
  • Monitor financial performance and support EBITDA objectives.
  • Participate in capital planning, capacity assessments, and long-range operational strategy.
  • Analyze performance trends and implement corrective action plans through leadership teams.
  • Facilitate effective coordination between U.S. logistics and Mexican manufacturing operations.
  • Support cross-border production planning, inventory strategy, and risk mitigation.
  • Ensure consistent application of corporate standards and governance across jurisdictions.
