About The Position

Renewals Representatives will learn our products, markets, industry and the sales process and skills. These individuals will be a direct point of contact for our customers to assist in product and application inquiries, expediting the sales process and following through with customer requests.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of prior sales experience

  • Ability to hunt down new opportunities from inactive/past customers
  • A desire to grow professionally

Responsibilities

  • Utilize the customer journey to support clients in product renewals and inquiries
  • Act as an account manager by establishing, building, and maintaining relationships with our clients
  • Track, report, and review key metrics and trends to proactively deepen a book of business
  • Act resourcefully and in an innovative way to solve problems and complete tasks
  • Quote prices, prepare proposals and provide information regarding terms of sales
  • Throughout the qualification process, you will learn to identify the specific needs of clients and how ECG products meet those needs
  • Reach out to inactive clients to find out their experience and attempt to bring them back to ECG for any future financing needs
  • Report to management on client relationships, pipeline, forecasts and new prospects
  • Develop relationships with clients
