The Senior Replenishment Planner will play a key role in driving inventory strategy to ensure product availability across global markets. This role will partner cross-functionally to translate demand forecasts into actionable purchase plans that optimize supply flow and maintain the accuracy of overall inventory levels. This individual will lead replenishment initiatives and provide data-driven insights to support business decisions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in planning, inventory management, supply chain, or buying roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Merchandising, or a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, D365, SAP) and demand planning tools, with strong Excel skills (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced functions)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and familiarity with advanced analytics techniques

Responsibilities

  • Manage replenishment planning by translating demand forecasts into vendor- and item-level purchase plans, balancing inventory health and minimizing overbuy risk
  • Build and maintain vendor-level buy and receipt plans, ensuring alignment with vendor capacity, lead times, and production calendars; adjust forecasts as needed for vendor constraints
  • Execute and adjust purchase orders (PO) to meet forecast demand while minimizing excess inventory, managing shipment pacing and container utilization to optimize overall supply flow.
  • Lead LTO and promotional activity through close alignment with the Merchant team, executing pricing strategies, recommending products to feature from a marketing perspective, and helping establish a consistent cadence for promotional events.
  • Present investment strategies and recommendations to cross-functional teams and executive leadership, clearly articulating the rationale, risks, and trade-offs to support informed, timely decision-making.
  • Partner with Country Managers and Vendor Coordinators to proactively balance inventory by recommending PO reflows (push, pull, cancel) to address backlogs across regions
  • Track PO adherence, on-time delivery, and lead time variability; escalate delays and propose corrective actions
  • Support open-to-buy reviews and monthly inventory projections in partnership with finance and planning leadership
  • Contribute to refining safety stock thresholds to improve service levels and reduce excess
  • Review and validate PO recommendations in D365 or planning tools to ensure data accuracy, while maintaining alignment with forecast plans and accurate outputs in ERP systems
  • Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards to monitor replenishment KPIs and provide actionable insights
