About The Position

The Purpose of Your Role As a critical member of the Operations and Service Group, you will provide superior service to our clients as the point of contact for Mutual Fund Product Database. The Product Database team is responsible for data integrity of Mutual Fund prospectus data and internal trading rules. This role will ensure all transactions within the Product Database Team are processed accurately, have the appropriate management oversight and/or are escalated as needed. Additional duties include assisting in project management responsibilities and partnering with the Client Service and Support teams. Individual is expected to be key contributor to a positive and inclusive workplace environment and have a strong commitment to teamwork and shared success. The OSG Mutual Funds division is part of Client and Fund Services and provides operational excellence across our Mutual Fund offering (Mutual Fund Product Database, Order Room, Corrections, Transfer of Assets, Dividends and Reconciliation). The base salary range for this position is $40,000-76,000 USD per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors. Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation. Requirements
