About The Position

FleishmanHillard, a global integrated public relations agency, is looking for a Senior Research Manager to join our True Global Intelligence Team in one of our U.S. locations in a hybrid role . Our True Global Intelligence practice integrations primary and secondary research methods with communications measurement and data analytics. This position will focus on measurement projects and will be a great opportunity for someone who is interested in insights and analytics. Requirements

  • Ability to join us in a hybrid model of working in-person in the office weekly in one of our U.S. locations.
  • 4-7+ years of experience across a broad range of research categories and models; Previous experience working on measurement projects and in a client-service capacity is preferred.
  • Proven analytical and deductive reasoning skills; able to translate findings into meaningful insights.
  • Strong project management skills; capable of setting priorities, meeting deadlines and managing projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels using both technical and non-technical verbiage. Great at presenting findings to a diverse audience.
  • Strong skills in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Multitasker, self-starter, proactive, problem solve, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using Factiva, YouGov BrandIndex, Statista, GlobalWebIndex (or other syndicated research platforms), Talkwalker, Trendkite, Spredfast, NewsWhip, Quid, Rival IQ, or other online media/listening platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze marketing-communications content and associated performance metrics to identify key trends and develop relevant conclusions and implications.
  • Act as project manager for integrated research, measurement, and analytics assignments.
  • Own all aspects of the timeline and communicate accordingly with the client and the research and analytics team.
  • Develop and evaluate insights and provide strategic recommendations based on research and analytics findings.
  • Write research reports and proposals and manage vendor relationships.
  • Curate best practices, lessons learned from portfolio projects; collaborate with peers to recommend improvements to quality standards established for the Global Intelligence practice.
