We’re seeking a seasoned Research Program Manager with quantitative expertise to join our Custom Research Operations Pod—a centralized team within the Data & Insights organization. As part of a collaborative group of Research Program Managers, you’ll partner with Researchers, Analysts, and peers in Localization and Data Science & Engineering, as well as external vendors, to deliver impactful custom research at scale. In this role, you’ll take a hands-on approach to quantitative research projects, actively driving each stage from inception to execution. In partnership with Researchers and a network of specialized vendors, you will contribute to project scoping, assessing feasibility, and developing robust project & sampling plans. You’ll dive into questionnaires to ensure quality, implement and refine messaging and sampling strategies to survey the right audiences, and apply rigorous data quality assurance measures. You’ll also ensure governance and compliance requirements are met, while proactively managing budgets and resources. Through these efforts, you’ll impact operational excellence in primary research, enabling our Consumer Insights practice to deliver extraordinary insights that inform Netflix’s global strategy and ability to learn from our Consumers.
