Job Summary Perform, develop and coordinate health assessment and planning services for individuals and community groups in a variety of public health settings. Guidelines of work determined by West Central Public Health Partnership (WCPHP) a regional collaboration of 6 county public health departments. This position is currently supported by grant funding, which allows us to advance the county's strategic initiatives. Employment beyond the current grant period is dependent on funding availability.
