Requirements

  • Experience in RevOps, Sales Operations, Lead Generation, or related fields.
  • Strong expertise in CRM and automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Ability to analyze large volumes of lead and sales data.
  • Understanding of sales funnels, lead qualification, and revenue metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and an experimental mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize lead flow from Lead Gen, Marketing, and outbound campaigns.
  • Build processes for qualification, routing, follow-up, and nurturing leads.
  • Ensure quick and consistent actions on every lead to improve conversion rates.
  • Analyze lead quality and provide feedback to improve targeting.
  • Create dashboards for daily/weekly lead performance tracking.
  • Manage budget allocation and associated costs.
  • Own and manage CRM, automations, sequences, and lead routing logic.
  • Implement workflow automations to accelerate lead progression.
  • Identify leaks and bottlenecks in the sales funnel.
  • Develop improvements to enhance conversion metrics.
  • Build dashboards and reports for leadership on performance analytics.
  • Ensure collaboration among Lead Gen, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
