About The Position

At Raytheon, the foundation of everything we do is rooted in our values and a higher calling – to help our nation and allies defend freedoms and deter aggression. We bring the strength of more than 100 years of experience and renowned engineering expertise to meet the needs of today’s mission and stay ahead of tomorrow’s threat. Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world. Raytheon’s Airborne Antennas Department is seeking an experienced Senior RF/Microwave and Antenna Subsystems Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for key aspects of design, simulation, measurement, and optimization of state-of-the-art antenna systems including active electronically scanned arrays (AESAs), digital arrays, and multi-function RF/Microwave subsystems. You work in a collaborative environment with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver advanced high-performance phased array antenna systems. The ideal candidate for this role will enjoy both theoretical design and hands-on engineering tasks. If you are looking for an opportunity to grow with a leader in the Defense Industry, this is the perfect opportunity for you! This position requires job duties to be performed onsite due to the sensitive nature of this work and the desire for in-person collaboration; however, we offer flexible in-office hours and the ability to perform some job duties remotely.
