You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive innovation and maintain the highest standards in authentication performance and user experience. This position is key in consolidating and reporting overall risk authentication performance metrics to senior leadership. Additionally, you will analyze market data and trends to identify risks and opportunities, ensuring that the organization stays ahead in the competitive landscape of financial services.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in risk management or strategy within fintech or financial services.
Strong understanding of authentication technologies and best practices.
Proven ability to analyze complex data and trends.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Bachelorâs Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Support the enhancement and development of new and existing authentication services and solutions.
Analyze data and industry trends to identify risks and opportunities within authentication channels.
Contribute to strategic initiatives for strengthening authentication strategies.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align authentication strategies with business objectives.
Monitor authentication processes and recommend necessary enhancements.
Partner with stakeholders to optimize authentication channels and processes.
Lead efforts in consolidating risk authentication performance through KPIs and reports.
Serve as a lead on key initiatives, identifying and addressing core issues.
Perform other duties as assigned.
