The Senior Risk Reporting Analyst will be responsible for developing and generating various reports for Credit, Lending and Risk Management. These reports will be used by Credit Administration and management to monitor the performance of the Bank’s loan portfolios and other risks. Responsibilities also include: deep assessment of the Bank’s reserving processes to include the (Allowance for Credit Losses) ACL and (Current Expected Credit Losses) CECL methodologies, loan scored card development and monitoring and being the subject matter expert for the Bank’s commercial lending platform (nCino) loan reporting/analytics and CECL modules. Performs any functions necessary, within scope of authority and expertise, to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to customers. This position coordinates with Credit Administration, the CRO & CCO and multiple business units. The Senior Risk Reporting Analyst will interact with management to aggregate and analyze risk information by developing and maintaining quantitative analytics, analyzing risk data, and enhancing the risk reporting infrastructure to develop and deliver efficient and meaningful risk reporting that captures risk/performance data across the highest levels of management and committees; including members of Executive Management and the Board of Directors. Create and maintain reports that effectively communicate the status, trends, and risks of the Bank’s loan portfolios. Assists in the calculation of specific impairment reserves utilized in the ACL & CECL reserve analysis. Assessment of all ACL and CECL reserving processes, governance and methodologies and work proactively with Finance and nCino to procure accurate CECL reporting. Responsible for up-to-date written procedures for all reports. Proactively works to convert current reporting into nCino loan reporting analytics software. Acts as primary application administrator/specialist for nCino third party software with respect to CECL and loan reporting/analytics. Leads model development and monitoring for lending score cards. Must be able to work on multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadline dates. Performs other analysis and research assignments as directed by Chief Credit Officer/Chief Risk Officer and Credit Administration Manager. Other duties, as assigned.
