Requirements

Proven experience and expertise in Ruby on Rails.
Deep understanding of REST APIs (design, documentation, consumption).
Solid experience with PostgreSQL and data modeling.
Familiar with Git/GitHub for version control.
Strong knowledge of automated testing frameworks (e.g., RSpec) and understanding of testing approaches.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS).

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable and resilient RESTful APIs using Ruby on Rails.
Participate in the full development cycle: architecture, implementation, automated testing, deployment, and production monitoring.
Work on enhancing the core system (monolith) as well as on microservices and integrations with partners.
Ensure technical quality through Code Reviews and adherence to engineering best practices.
Monitor and optimize performance through tools like APM, resource tuning, and query analysis.
Collaborate within multidisciplinary squads in an agile (Scrum/Kanban) model.
Engage with projects using TypeScript and mobile technologies as needed.
