Senior Sales Associate Public Sector Division Essential Job Functions · The sales associate will work with the Relationship Managers for Public Sector to provide client support. · Primary point of contact for clients, resolving issues, answering questions, client service and account maintenance. · Performs administrative duties (correspondence, filing, inventory for conference items ). · Sales tracking and contact database management using Salesforce. · File expense reports, makes travel arrangements, sets up meetings and conference calls. · General bank account knowledge and understanding of terminology · Main contact for retail branch questions for the Central and Northern Indiana markets · Manage appointments and calendar for RMs · Check the Daily Overdraft and Non-Sufficient Fund Report. Research any outstanding items. · Input sales calls into Salesforce and contact database management · Maintain various databases and systems
