Teads is seeking a Senior Sales Director to join our team in New York. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing strategic relationships with key agency holding companies and brands across the East Coast. This is a highly strategic individual contributor role focused on expanding Teads’ partnership and presence with major agency networks and advertisers. The Senior Sales Director will play a critical role in identifying new revenue opportunities, building long-term client partnerships, and delivering innovative advertising solutions across video, CTV, programmatic, and data-driven offerings.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of experience in digital media, ad tech, or advertising sales
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through agency and brand partnerships
  • Strong relationships within major agency holding companies, particularly Publicis Groupe and other large agency networks
  • Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem including programmatic, video, and CTV
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling advertising technology platforms or advanced media solutions preferred
  • Experience working at a DSP, SSP, publisher, or ad tech company is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by developing strategic relationships with key agency holding companies and brands in the New York and US East market
  • Build and deepen partnerships with senior decision-makers across major agency networks including Publicis Groupe and Havas.
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets through both new business development and growth of existing strategic accounts
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing complex deals
  • Develop joint business plans with key agency partners and enterprise clients
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by bringing strategic insights across digital video, CTV, programmatic, data, and measurement
  • Partner closely with internal teams including Studio, Account Management, Insights, and Media Strategy to deliver best-in-class campaign execution
  • Represent Teads in the New York advertising marketplace and actively participate in industry events and client engagements
