About The Position

The Senior Sales Operations Analyst – Lease Administration supports the execution and administration of post‑signature lease agreements by ensuring contract terms are accurately captured, configured, and maintained across contract and revenue systems. The position partners closely with Finance and internal stakeholders to validate key lease details, support billing and revenue accuracy, and resolve standard contract inquiries or discrepancies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
  • 3–5 years in Lease Administration, Sales Ops, Deal Desk, or Revenue Ops
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Salesforce.com CRM or equivalent CRM system experience is a plus
  • Proven customer-facing administrative support, multitasking, and time management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a data center and/or IT environment
  • Working knowledge of Icertis CLM and Salesforce Revenue Cloud
  • Strong attention to detail and contract accuracy
  • Developing understanding of data center lease constructs

Responsibilities

  • Execute post‑signature contract setup for leases, amendments, and renewals
  • Abstract executed contract terms and maintain accurate records in Icertis CLM
  • Configure contracts, pricing schedules, escalations, and billing triggers in Salesforce Revenue Cloud
  • Validate key terms including lease term, commencement, power capacity, pricing, and escalations
  • Partner with Finance to support billing setup, accruals, and revenue accuracy
  • Respond to internal inquiries related to executed lease terms
  • Identify contract discrepancies and escalate issues as needed
  • Works on standard to moderately complex data center or real estate leases
  • Operates within defined processes and controls
  • Limited decision‑making authority; escalates non‑standard issues
  • Supports a defined portfolio or region
