As a Senior Salesforce Administrator you'll work closely with the business teams to become a functional expert in key channel sales/end-user sales related solutions needs.
Responsibilities
Focus on recommending process innovation and efficiencies through current state process analysis, user experience, observations, industry trends, standard methodologies (Design Thinking, Agile), leading-edge technology and process improvement ideas.
Manage the Salesforce application and define, design and configure enhancements to the Salesforce platform that provide significant ROI.
Work on opportunities to build for scale by designing holistically, with a focus on flexibility and maintainability.
Adopt a standardized development lifecycle methodology for all projects.
Support key business processes promoting application, data integrity, governance, and compliance.
Design and implement reports, dashboards and alerts that support the business processes and deliver business insight.
Manage User Acceptance Testing with end users, including writing scripts and securing user acceptance sign-offs.
Prepare the business for change and adoption with a change management plan.
Actively participate in ongoing discussions and engagements with Salesforce regarding Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM.
Requirements
8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Analyst and admin role leading enterprise-scale CRM, PRM projects.
Deep understanding of Salesforce Platform functionality and best practices, with emphasis in Sales Cloud.
Strong knowledge of Enterprise channel & End customer sales.
Experience in Sales operations, partner management & enablement preferred.
Strong experience in implementation; ability to determine whether requirements are configuration, customization, and/or integrations with external systems.
Hands-on experience on configuration of platform features including user management, profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, org-wide defaults, sharing rules, territories, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, workflows rules, email templates, process builder, flows, lightning pages, managed packages, etc.
Experience with the Salesforce AppExchange and a deep understanding of both this ecosystem as well as native Salesforce capabilities.
Experience with Agile / Scrum delivery models.
Prior experience in SDLC project management and analysis including scoping / timeline management, documenting use cases, process flows/swim lane diagrams, requirements, user acceptance testing, change management, etc.
Working knowledge of process documentation & project management software.
Experience working with large-scale, complex datasets and using Salesforce data tools.
Superior ability to design and implement dashboards on Einstein Analytics/ Tableau CRM preferred and reports to deliver business insight.
Keen understanding of system security and controls.
