About the position

As a Senior Salesforce Administrator you'll work closely with the business teams to become a functional expert in key channel sales/end-user sales related solutions needs.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on recommending process innovation and efficiencies through current state process analysis, user experience, observations, industry trends, standard methodologies (Design Thinking, Agile), leading-edge technology and process improvement ideas.
  • Manage the Salesforce application and define, design and configure enhancements to the Salesforce platform that provide significant ROI.
  • Work on opportunities to build for scale by designing holistically, with a focus on flexibility and maintainability.
  • Adopt a standardized development lifecycle methodology for all projects.
  • Support key business processes promoting application, data integrity, governance, and compliance.
  • Design and implement reports, dashboards and alerts that support the business processes and deliver business insight.
  • Manage User Acceptance Testing with end users, including writing scripts and securing user acceptance sign-offs.
  • Prepare the business for change and adoption with a change management plan.
  • Actively participate in ongoing discussions and engagements with Salesforce regarding Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Analyst and admin role leading enterprise-scale CRM, PRM projects.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce Platform functionality and best practices, with emphasis in Sales Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of Enterprise channel & End customer sales.
  • Experience in Sales operations, partner management & enablement preferred.
  • Strong experience in implementation; ability to determine whether requirements are configuration, customization, and/or integrations with external systems.
  • Hands-on experience on configuration of platform features including user management, profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, org-wide defaults, sharing rules, territories, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, workflows rules, email templates, process builder, flows, lightning pages, managed packages, etc.
  • Experience with the Salesforce AppExchange and a deep understanding of both this ecosystem as well as native Salesforce capabilities.
  • Experience with Agile / Scrum delivery models.
  • Prior experience in SDLC project management and analysis including scoping / timeline management, documenting use cases, process flows/swim lane diagrams, requirements, user acceptance testing, change management, etc.
  • Working knowledge of process documentation & project management software.
  • Experience working with large-scale, complex datasets and using Salesforce data tools.
  • Superior ability to design and implement dashboards on Einstein Analytics/ Tableau CRM preferred and reports to deliver business insight.
  • Keen understanding of system security and controls.

Benefits

  • $125,000- $130,000 USD salary range.
