About The Position
The Senior Salesforce Developer</b> is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce -based solutions to support enterprise application needs. This role analyzes business requirements, studies system flows and data usage, and delivers secure, high -performance technical solutions on the Force.com platform. Working within an Agile (Scrum) team, the developer participates in end -to -end Salesforce implementations, including upgrades, integrations, and custom development. The position supports applications across multiple environments and contributes to documentation, testing, peer reviews, and defect resolution. This role may also provide leadership support and participate in on -call operations as needed.
Requirements
- 8 years of experience developing in Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Apex triggers, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components.
- 8 years of experience implementing Salesforce solutions using configuration tools such as Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
- 8 years of experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), coding standards, change control, and version management.
- 8 years of experience delivering end -to -end Salesforce.com implementations, including upgrades, data migrations, integrations, and custom development.
- 8 years of experience integrating Salesforce with third -party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and OAuth authentication.
- 8 years of experience with core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, and XML.
Nice To Haves
- 4 years of experience with DevOps technologies and CI/CD tools such as Flosum and Git.
- 2 years of experience creating custom Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- 2 years of experience working in Agile Software Development methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
- Design and configure no -code solutions using Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs and system specifications.
- Participate in classic -to -lightning upgrades, data migrations, and third -party integrations.
- Integrate Salesforce with cloud -based and on -premises applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Implement authentication protocols, including OAuth, for secure system integrations.
- Conduct code reviews, testing, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting across multiple environments.
- Document technical solutions and participate in Agile ceremonies to meet team deliverables.
- Follow SDLC standards, including coding standards, change control, and version management.
- Provide on -call support and assist with production issue resolution as required.
