The Role: As a Salesforce Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at General Motors , you will be an integral part of an agile team dedicated to enhancing, building, and delivering trusted, market-leading technology solutions on the Force.com platform . You will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, scalability, and reliability of Salesforce environments that support key business operations across the enterprise. As a core technology contributor , you will design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines, automate deployment processes, and improve system observability to maintain seamless performance across complex Salesforce ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce administration, DevOps, and cloud observability , with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve incidents in high-paced environments while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. This role requires a problem solver and collaborator who can work across development, infrastructure, and support teams to deliver resilient and efficient Salesforce solutions that align with GM’s commitment to innovation, reliability, and customer success.
