In this vital role, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing robust Salesforce solutions that meet our clients' needs. Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Platform capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and Salesforce data modeling.
  • Knowledge of SaaS/PaaS principles, system integration patterns, and security models.
  • Usually requires 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development or consulting, with previous architect experience preferred.
  • Often requires certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Application Architect, or System Architect.
  • Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions for executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Create comprehensive design documents, data models, and system architecture for Salesforce implementations.
  • Gather requirements from business leaders and translate them into functional technical specifications.
  • Guide developers, oversee code quality, and provide best practice recommendations.
  • Design integrations with third party systems (e.g., ERP, Marketing Cloud).
  • Define data security, performance standards, and environment management (DevOps/CI/CD).
  • Build Proofs of Concept (POCs) to validate solutions.
