Requirements

  • 10 years of deep SAP technical experience including architecture leadership in complex SAP landscapes
  • Expertise in SAP BTP includingCAP Nodejs, JavaIdentity Authentication IAS Identity Provisioning IPSAPI Management Event Mesh DestinationsIntegration Suite Cloud Integration
  • Strong experience in SAP Fiori architecture SAPUI5 OData services and Launchpad design
  • Demonstrated experience integrating SAP with SFTP NAS Mainframe and diverse third party applications
  • Strong understanding of SAP HCM ECC technical components and S4HANA migration considerations

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SAP HCM PCE or hybrid HR landscapes Workday SuccessFactors EC Payroll Time Attendance systems etc
  • Prior experience in largescale cloud migrations or HR transformation programs

Responsibilities

  • SAP BTP Architecture Technical Leadership:Define and govern the overall SAP Business Technology Platform BTP architecture for extensions integrations workflows and automationEstablish clean core extensibility standards leveraging side by side extensions CAP based services BTP Integration Services and modern development frameworksLead decisions on runtime environments Cloud Foundry Kyma security models identity architecture and CICD methodologiesEnsure the technical architecture facilitates a clean future ready HR ecosystem
  • SAP Fiori User Experience Architecture:Architect and guide delivery of SAP Fiori applications across ESS MSS HR operations and specialized HR processesDefine UX design standards Launchpad architecture role based access and Fiori lifecycle governanceEnsure high usability workforce adoption and alignment with modern SAP UX best practices
  • SAP HCM S4HANA PCE Migration Enablement:Serve as the technical anchor for the ECC HCM to S4HANA PCE migrationCollaborate with functional teams to define modernization opportunities integration impacts and target architecture adjustmentsEvaluate existing custom code enhancements and interface dependencies to enable a clean and optimized transition
  • Enterprise Integration Architecture:Architect integrations between S4HANA and diverse third party or internal systems includingSFTP based interfacesNAS hosted documents and file repositoriesMainframe systemsPayroll vendors time systems and other enterprise applicationsDefine modern API event driven and cloud integration patterns using SAP Integration Suite or equivalent middlewareEstablish standards for security encryption data exchange error handling and integration monitoring
  • Stakeholder Engagement Vendor Management:Act as the primary technical liaison withClient IT HR leadershipSAP product engineering and support teamsSystem integrators implementation partnersDrive architecture workshops technical design sessions and solution walkthroughs to achieve alignment and approvals
