About The Position

Job Summary: Responsible for leading the analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance of SAP systems. This senior-level position involves managing large projects, mentoring junior analysts, and developing strategic solutions to enhance business processes and drive organizational success. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Lead detailed analysis and documentation of complex business processes and systems. Gather, document, and prioritize user requirements for system enhancements and changes. Configure, test, and implement SAP modules to meet business needs. Provide expert end-user support and training for SAP applications. Manage large projects and initiatives to improve SAP system functionality. Mentor and guide junior analysts in their professional development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful SAP implementations. Develop strategic solutions to enhance business processes and drive organizational success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience working with SAP S/4 HANA.
• Extensive knowledge of SAP modules and functionality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proven ability to manage large projects and mentor junior analysts.
• Ability to develop strategic solutions that enhance business processes.
• Lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to climb and stoop as needed and sit/walk for prolonged periods during working hours.
• Work is performed in a climate-controlled office setting.
