About The Position

As a Senior Security Analyst, you will be the guardian of our physical integrity and operational continuity in the country. In a hyper-growth environment like Nu, security isn't just about protection—it's about enabling the business to scale safely. You will own the local security landscape, ensuring our facilities are world-class, our executives are protected, and our crisis response is seamless. Your goal is to build a resilient security technology stack and a culture of safety that aligns with our global standards while respecting local nuances. You'll be responsible for Leading the Infrastructure Lifecycle: You will oversee the maintenance, audit, and optimization of CCTV, Access Control, and Alarm systems to ensure 100% operational readiness. Driving Expansion: You’ll manage the physical build-out of security measures for new offices and facilities, ensuring we scale without compromising safety. Operational Excellence & Compliance: Implementing global security policies and adapting them to local regulations, while managing third-party providers (guards and integrators) to high-performance standards. Strategic Support: Acting as a key pillar for Investigations, Executive Protection, and Crisis Management, including logistics for high-level meetings and travel. Stakeholder Integration: Serving as the primary bridge between local teams and Headquarters, facilitating information flow and translating global needs into local actions. Continuous Improvement: Utilizing data and reports (via Google Workspace/Slack) to monitor performance and identify proactive security optimizations.

Requirements

Solid Security Background: At least 8 years of hands-on experience in Physical Security, with a proven track record of managing complex corporate environments.
Crisis & Protection Expertise: Practical knowledge in Executive Protection and Crisis Management, knowing how to act under pressure and handle confidential information with total integrity.
The "Builder" Mindset: Experience not just maintaining, but implementing new security technologies and overseeing physical construction/security installations.
Multilingual Communication: Fluent proficiency in English and Spanish is required, as you will be the key link between local operations and a global HQ.
Vendor Management Skills: Experience evaluating and driving performance from third-party security and maintenance partners.
Tech Savviness: High proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite and Slack to manage documentation, databases, and reporting.
Adaptability: The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines.
