Senior SEO Manager

IntellibrightAustin, TX
3d$102,000 - $144,000Hybrid

About The Position

Search is evolving fast, and SEO is no longer measured by rankings alone. It is measured by how organic visibility contributes to leads, pipeline, and revenue. As AI reshapes how people discover, evaluate, and choose brands, organic search influences buying decisions earlier and more often. At Intellibright, SEO is expected to produce measurable revenue outcomes, not just traffic growth. As Senior SEO Manager, you will own organic search strategy and performance across a portfolio of mid market and enterprise clients spanning lead generation and ecommerce. Your responsibility is ensuring organic visibility turns into qualified demand, conversions, and revenue that can be clearly measured and defended. This role is built for a senior practitioner who understands modern SEO as a revenue system. Technical infrastructure, content authority, AI driven discovery, and on site conversion must work together to generate results. You will set direction, build scalable frameworks, and hold organic performance accountable to lead volume, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact. You are not here to chase algorithms or produce audits for activity’s sake. You are here to establish priorities, influence strategy, and ensure organic search earns its place as a revenue driver inside a fully integrated performance ecosystem. This is not traffic management. This is ownership of organic revenue performance. About Intellibright Intellibright is a performance driven digital marketing agency built around accountability and close client partnerships. Our proprietary revenue analytics connect marketing activity directly to pipeline, sales, and revenue. Recognized by Inc. 5000 and the Financial Times 500 as one of the fastest growing companies in the Americas five years running, Intellibright is a profitable, self funded agency headquartered in Austin, Texas. SEO at Intellibright is not a silo. It is a core growth lever tightly integrated with Paid Media, Digital Strategy, CRO, Analytics, and Web.
