Senior ServiceNow Developer III
About The Position
The ServiceNow Developer is part of the Enterprise Solutions Team and plays a crucial role in developing, implementing, and maintaining CorVel’s ServiceNow platform. The ServiceNow developer collaborates with team members, business partners, and other stakeholders, supporting business processes. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop, configure, troubleshoot, and implement baseline and custom applications to augment the ServiceNow platform Maintain the ServiceNow platform’s stability and implement necessary changes Lead ServiceNow development projects by organizing tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions Collaborate with team members and application owners to devise innovative solutions that meet business needs and stakeholder expectations Additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Performance analytics and advanced reporting
- Proven strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on effective collaboration with team members and business partners
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Ability to work on several concurrent tasks and prioritize workload with minimal direction to meet designated deadlines
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Platform development
- Certified in ServiceNow technologies with validated skills in platform development and implementation
- Experience with developing and/or implementing 3rd party integrations with ServiceNow
- Experience with building custom solutions using App Engine Studio
- Experience with designing and implementing ServiceNow Workspaces and/or custom portals using the UI builder
- Experience with Chat Bot Implementation and NLU
Nice To Haves
- Expertise in GRC/IRM is highly preferred
- College Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
