Experience with: • ServiceNow ITSM / HRSD/ I18N modules • External enterprise systems • REST APIs Architect scalable solutions including: • knowledge base integration • analytics and monitoring Develop ServiceNow scripts and automation including: • Business Rules • Script Includes • Service Catalog workflows Collaborate with business stakeholders to help design new integrations and understand customers' deployments.
