You will be responsible for defining social media standards, growing the audience, and fostering meaningful engagement with technical and business communities. This is a high-visibility role that directly impacts brand perception, market positioning, and industry influence. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, innovative environments and enjoys translating complex technical concepts into compelling social narratives.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience managing social media for a high-growth brand, ideally in B2B or tech.
  • Deep understanding of LinkedIn, X, Meta, and emerging platforms with a knack for spotting trends early.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to translate complex technical topics into engaging narratives.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to manage cross-functional calendars and campaigns.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools such as Sprout Social or equivalent.
  • Tech-forward and curious about AI, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and voice AI applications.
  • Proven ability to engage and grow communities, including technical, developer, and executive audiences.
  • Attention to detail with high standards for content quality and accuracy.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments and managing stakeholder relationships is a plus.
  • Bonus: Experience developing educational or marketing content for developer or technical communities.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that elevates brand awareness, thought leadership, and audience engagement across LinkedIn, X, Meta, and emerging platforms.
  • Own the social content calendar, coordinating with cross-functional teams to align with launches, campaigns, and community initiatives.
  • Lead ideation, production, and publishing of social-first content series, including video-led formats highlighting innovative AI applications.
  • Write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy for all social platforms, partnering with executives and stakeholders to amplify their voices.
  • Monitor industry trends and community conversations to ensure the brand participates meaningfully in relevant discussions.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers, advocates, and customers to extend the reach and impact of social campaigns.
  • Set quality standards for social media content and coach the broader team on best practices.
  • Track and analyze social performance metrics, using insights to iterate and optimize creative strategies.
