Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to define clear project objectives, scope, and success criteria.
- Understand user requirements, technical constraints, and resource availability.
- Create comprehensive project documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and project plans.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, providing them with technical direction, and helping them develop their skills.
- Support the professional growth of team members via learning new knowledge, setting development goals.
- Analyze and solve urgent crash of above gateways in Zoom’s global-distributed production servers in real time to avoid outage.
- Lead the development of new features and performance optimization.
- Familiarize yourself further with the components involved, such as transcode, data storage, and file management.
- Continue to participate in gateway code-level development.
Requirements
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or a foreign degree equivalent.
- Must have 5 years of experience in job offered or related occupation.
- Must have 5 years of experience in Linux development.
- Must have 5 years of experience in Shell, C/C++, GDB, GCC, and Makefile project.
- Must have 5 years of experience in Real-time transmission principles.
- Must have 5 years of experience in STL, design patterns.
- Must have 5 years of experience in network programming.
- Must have 5 years of experience in multi-thread programming.
- Must have 5 years of experience AWS s3.
