Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and enhance cloud-based services across Marketo and other B2B applications.
- Apply Generative AI and Agentic AI tools for software development and product features.
- Actively participate in architecture and lead design discussions.
- Develop systems that are highly scalable, reliable, yet easy to maintain.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects and engineers to build high-performance backend services and data ingestion pipelines.
- Support your services in Production and make customers successful.
- Follow Agile methodologies.
- Evaluate new technologies and help incorporate them into the technology stack.
- Mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- BS/MS or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in backend and distributed systems development.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong programming skills with experience in Object-Oriented languages like Java and Scala.
- Experience with Relational databases (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB, Redis).
- Experience building and deploying microservices using tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with Akka, Spark and Kafka.
- Experience with CRM systems.
