Requirements

• Has 7+ years of professional backend engineering experience with a track record of shipping in startup environments.

• Demonstrates a product-focused mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and maintain high code quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy complex backend services and APIs using FastAPI, MongoDB, and Postgres.
• Build and maintain scalable infrastructure that interfaces directly with LLMs to power essential daily workflows.
• Lead the transition of rapid prototypes into hardened, secure, and reliable production systems on AWS and Docker.
