About The Position

This is a high-impact frontend engineering role at the intersection of analytics, growth, and product performance. You will help build and scale a robust analytics ecosystem that empowers marketing, product, and platform teams to make confident, data-driven decisions. Working in a fully remote and globally distributed environment, you’ll design and maintain tracking systems, attribution models, and event governance frameworks that ensure data accuracy and reliability. This position combines deep technical frontend expertise with strategic collaboration across engineering, analytics, and marketing teams. Requirements

  • 6+ years of frontend development experience with strong expertise in React.js (web or React Native) and TypeScript.
  • Deep understanding of web and mobile tracking technologies and analytics platforms (e.g., tag management systems, analytics suites, and attribution tools).
  • Proven experience auditing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex data discrepancies within tracking systems.
  • Experience implementing standardized tracking strategies across multiple teams and codebases.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to align engineering, analytics, and marketing stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with experimentation methodologies and A/B testing frameworks.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with modern frontend testing frameworks and build pipelines preferred.
  • Exposure to large-scale analytics infrastructures and marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Backend engineering knowledge and understanding of blockchain or cryptocurrency ecosystems considered advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain shared frontend libraries and standardized practices for event tracking across multiple applications, ensuring consistency and high-quality data collection.
  • Design and implement validation, monitoring, and alerting systems to proactively detect and resolve data quality issues.
  • Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to align event tracking with source-of-truth datasets and reporting frameworks.
  • Optimize attribution models and event tracking systems to improve insights into user journeys, marketing performance, and product engagement.
  • Evaluate and enhance marketing technology infrastructure, integrating tools that strengthen tracking, experimentation, and customer insights.
  • Map, refine, and streamline event data flows to reduce redundancy and improve efficiency and transparency.
  • Support experimentation and A/B testing frameworks, enabling reliable performance measurement and data-driven product iterations.
  • Document and promote best practices for analytics implementation across engineering teams.
