Requirements

• 1+ years of related experience
• US Citizenship Required
• A Bachelor's in software engineering or a related technical field and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
• Proficient understanding of software engineering concepts, principles, and theories
• Proficient at applying technical standards and methodologies to resolve issues creatively

Nice To Haves

• Agile experience
• Web Development Preferred Libraries: JQuery, BootStrap.JS, Knockout.js
• C# with ASP.Net Web Forms OR ASP.Net MVC
• Strong development skills in Java and a willingness to learn C#
• Database experience Preferred: MongoDB

Responsibilities

• Codes, tests, integrates and documents software solutions
• Applies principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis to the development of complex solutions

• Applies and champions appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the system development life cycle
• Defines the scope, schedule and expectations for the work they execute or lead
• Provides leadership and/or direction and/or supervision to lower level employees and teams
