We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and strategic Senior Software Engineer within our Software Development Team in the Corporate Functions IT organization. They will design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions for our HR platforms, primarily ADP Workforce Software and Workday Software, while also staying abreast and putting key focus on emerging HR technologies. This will involve analyzing business requirements, enabling new application features, troubleshooting application issues, integration development and enhancement, and configuring and customizing vendor-provided packaged software. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Software Development, the ability to solve complex software problems, DevSecOps knowledge, and a deep understanding of application security best practices. Additionally, excellent leadership and effective communication skills are essential. This role demands an influencer who champions Software Development best practices, continuous improvement, and automation. The successful candidate will drive innovation within the group and ensure our development processes are efficient, secure, and modern. This position belongs to a family of jobs with increasing responsibility, competency, and skill level.
