About the position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual for a position that requires a strong background in Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of writing code for moderate to complex online applications, microservices, or mobile applications, as well as experience in deployment automation. This role involves designing and building moderately complex applications, writing automated test scripts, and creating coding solutions to address complex issues. The candidate should also have experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders and possess at least 2 years of direct or indirect leadership experience. The position may require travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes.
Responsibilities
- Write code for moderate to complex online applications, microservices, or mobile applications.
- Design and build moderately complex applications.
- Write automated test scripts.
- Create coding/scripting solutions to fix complex problems/issues.
- Engage with executive-level stakeholders.
- Lead direct and indirect teams, including cross-functional leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of experience in Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field, OR High School/GED and at least 7 years of experience in the same fields.
- Experience with programming languages for online applications, microservices, or mobile applications.
- Experience writing automated test scripts.
- At least 2 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership, and/or cross-functional team leadership.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes.

- Prior experience leading a group of automation/DevOps or development engineering team.
- Experience with deployment automation for various applications on IaaS, PaaS platforms.

- Strong understanding of infrastructure components (e.g., databases, networking, DNS, cloud services).
- Experience operationalizing high traffic Web and Mobile applications.
- Prior experience mentoring a team of engineers.
- Hands-on full stack proficiency (e.g., Java, NodeJS, SQL, NoSQL, React, JavaScript).
- Strong knowledge of implementation, security, capacity planning, and performance tuning of cloud solutions.
- 6+ years of Mobile App development experience in Swift, SwiftUI, Objective C (iOS) and Kotlin (Android).
- Experience in Test Driven Development and Testing Automation.
- Experience in ReactNative Programming.
- Experience in building Design patterns and modularized apps.
- 6+ years of SME experience in data integration and analytics solutions.
- Experience with SQL, Java, or Python programming.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Experience in Azure cloud technologies.
- Experience with reporting tools like Power BI, Business Objects, Cognos, or Tableau.
Benefits
- Salary Range: $127,500 - $204,000
