As a(n) Senior Software Engineer within PNC's Lending Technology organization, you will be based in Dallas TX, Pittsburgh PA, Birmingham AL or Strongsville OH. As a Senior Software Engineer you will be part of an engineering team where you will be responsible for working through vulnerabilities in our software, updating java libraries to non-vulnerable versions and the dependencies that go along with them. Additionally, you will work with our testers to address bugs or defects and propose & design solutions. Due to the nature of this position, we are seeking experienced Java developers. Additional experience utilizing Jenkins and container based solutions is preferred. PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. Responsibilities

Provides detailed technical design and development of software solutions using existing and emerging technology platforms.
Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs.
Writes code, tests and deploys software.
Prepares technical and procedural documentation required for software.
Maintains and debugs software.
