About The Position

Join the Real-Time team, the builders of essential tools for first responders, law enforcement, and commercial clients. We're looking for someone like you to help us tackle complex technical challenges as we build and refine our client-facing product, FlockOS. You'll be instrumental in rendering real-time data, working on crucial features like the Hot list tool, mapping solutions, web-socket functionality, and seamless mobile FlockOS integrations. Our work is constantly evolving as we help clients develop technology solutions for their real-time crime centers, offering you exciting opportunities to expand your skills. You'll interface directly with customers, allowing you to quickly deliver high-impact results. Requirements

Love writing code and continue learning to do it better
Motivated by taking an unknown problem, sinking your teeth in, and coming up with a plan of attack
Passionate about staying up to date with latest web technologies
Desire to grow your role and directly influence the growth of a young company
Excited about working on a fast-paced, constantly evolving product
Familiar with Typescript (Node) as web services in addition to general API design
Confident in a modern web framework - we leverage React with Typescript
Familiar with various data stores and know how to interact with them. Confident in PostgreSQL
Experience with observability and monitoring tools (DataDog, Grafana) and WebSocket protocols; proficient in deploying applications to Kubernetes clusters using Helm
Familiar with AWS and have used some managed services like S3, API Gateway, SQS, etc.
