Circet USA is the leading provider of Network Services in North America, specializing in engineering and construction services delivering comprehensive solutions across Inside Plant, Outside Plant, and Wireless networks. We are looking for a Software Developer (Python) with Business Intelligence expertise to join our team. The role involves creating actionable business intelligence dashboards, analyzing data, and developing interactive Tableau analytics dashboards to improve processes and network performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and visualization, as well as experience in the telecommunications industry.

  • Create actionable business intelligence dashboards that lead to improvement in processes, and hardware and software products.
  • Create Wireless Network RAN KPI dashboards and supporting data sources to improve team efficiency in monitoring and measuring network performance.
  • Analyze data using tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, and Python/R by automating reports or analysis that lead to actionable business insights.
  • Develop, design, and maintain interactive Tableau analytics dashboards that promote self-service analytics.
  • Utilize various Tableau functionalities to create advanced reports and executive dashboards.
  • Create map visualizations using Tableau geospatial and mapping features.
  • Develop and promote automation through the use of email or stored reports.
  • Write complicated, efficient SQL queries and stored procedures for data preparation.
  • Query data and merge information from diverse data sources to create rich datasets.
  • Develop data pipelines using Delta Live tables on Databricks.
  • Create and maintain DLT and Tableau extracts where necessary.
  • Work with various business teams to gather and understand report and dashboard requirements.
  • Use agile methodologies to plan, manage, and deliver high quality products and services.
  • Track project status and deliverables, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Plan and organize demos and product testing.
  • Train, mentor, and support Tableau users.
  • Support ongoing technology evaluation process and proof of concept projects.
  • Tableau Desktop Specialist certification is required.
  • 5+ years of experience in using Tableau in a corporate environment.
  • 7+ years of SQL, Python, ETL, Airflow experience is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience using AWS and Databricks.
  • 2+ years of Alteryx experience and Alteryx Designer Expert certification is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of BI application design and development principles.
  • Advanced knowledge and expertise in creating custom SQL queries.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is preferred.
  • Ability to manipulate and analyze complex high volume, high dimensionality data.
  • Experience in end-to-end implementation and automation of Business Intelligence reports and dashboards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent people and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Telecommunications industry background is a plus.
  • Experience with wireless infrastructure provider and/or operator is desired.
  • Knowledge in statistical concepts is preferred.
  • Scrum certification is a plus.
