About The Position

We are hiring 12 Senior Software Engineers to help shape and scale a mission-critical fintech platform serving millions of consumers. Rather than hiring into a single predefined team, candidates will go through one unified process and be matched with the team where they can create the most impact. Senior Engineers here are backend-leaning but comfortable across the stack, owning product outcomes—not just tickets. You will influence architecture, mentor peers, and build scalable systems that directly improve users’ financial lives. This is a high-ownership role in a product-driven engineering culture that values clarity, craft, and long-term thinking. The position is hybrid in NYC and suited for engineers who combine strong system design skills with a product mindset.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience
  • Strong technical expertise (experience with Python, React, Postgres, AWS preferred; adaptable engineers welcome)
  • Experience building and maintaining scalable production systems
  • Strong system design fundamentals
  • Experience working in product-oriented environments
