The Atlas Data Federation and Archiving (ADFA) Customer Experience team supports the Atlas Data Federation system which empowers customers to create virtual databases that can query, transform, and analyze data across multiple sources (MongoDB clusters and cloud object storage) through a unified MongoDB query interface, without moving or copying the underlying data. The ADF system handles hundreds of millions of queries per month, processing exabytes of customer data. About the Role This role is responsible for driving high-impact projects that improve and enhance the performance, automation, and customer experience of the Atlas Data Federation and Archiving distributed systems. The position is open to our "in office", "flexible", or fully remote working models with convenient work hours for each time-zone.
