Senior Software Engineer - ZP3 What you can expect This position involves using Java and Spring Boot to design, develop, and enhance scalable, cloud-based systems. About the Team With eight specialized departments, the engineering team functions as a highly collaborative, diverse powerhouse. Each department mission is to deliver seamless and innovative communication solutions. These range from software development and machine learning to quality assurance teams that work to create and maintain Zoom's user-friendly interfaces and robust infrastructure. The team continues to push the boundaries of communication technology, bringing people together regardless of their physical distance.

Requirements

• Possess a minimum of eight years of relevant experience with an undergraduate program, six years with advanced studies, or three years at an expert level.
• Demonstrate fluency in Chinese at a native or conversational level.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to transform strategic roadmap objectives into actionable feature specifications and tangible deliverables.
• Developing and designing Zoom's central platform utilizing Java within the Spring Boot framework.
• Developing a reliable and expandable platform using modern cloud infrastructure technologies, including Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs, AWS, NoSQL, and SQL.
• Driving cloud-based test automation solutions and deployment strategies to enhance service performance while ensuring product stability through AWS infrastructure such as EC2, ECS, ElasticCache, and S3.
• Creating advanced metrics solutions integrated with data visualization to provide actionable insights for business decision-making.
• Addressing urgent customer concerns while providing assistance to enhance customer interactions and satisfaction.
