About The Position
The Senior Software Engineer will help design, build, and evolve mission-critical enterprise applications and integrations. In this role, you’ll take ownership of key systems, influence architecture decisions, and help modernize how our platforms scale, integrate, and support the business. This is a hands-on engineering role with real impact - ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, mentoring others, and building reliable systems that matter.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of professional software development experience in an enterprise environment
- Strong experience with the Microsoft stack, SQL, and API integrations
- Advanced working knowledge of Power BI
- Experience supporting production systems and solving complex technical issues
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern development practices
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting production systems and solving complex technical issues
- Cloud or software engineering certifications are a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support enterprise-grade .NET applications and Azure-based services
- Architect and maintain scalable microservices and system integrations
- Translate business requirements into clear technical designs and implementation plans
- Build secure, well-tested, maintainable code following modern engineering best practices
- Integrate with third-party APIs and internal systems to enable reliable data flow
- Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making and implement the plans
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to ensure solutions align with real needs
- Work alongside BI and data teams to support ETL processes, reporting, and analytics initiatives
- Contribute to Power BI dashboards or Power Platform solutions when appropriate
- Support integrations with ERP systems (JDE experience is a plus, not required)
- Partner with database teams on SQL Server or Oracle-based systems
