Requirements

• Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field of study plus five (5) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and two (2) years of related experience.
• Work Experience. Two (2) years of experience must include: Java; J2EE; AWS; OOPS; JEE design; Tomcat Application Server; Eclipse or IntelliJ IDE; Server-side application frameworks, including JSP, Servlet and Spring; ORMs, including Hibernate; Restful and SOAP-based web services, including JSON and XML; Unit testing frameworks, including Junit and Jest; Component test frameworks and Cucumber; SQL Data Store – Oracle; Relational and Non-Relational Databases; Python; and Agile/Scrum processes.

• Responsible for Feature Development including Design and implement complex or core features; resolve edge cases; ensure performance and scalability. Conduct code reviews, performance, and maintainability; mentor peers through design walkthroughs. Lead discussions in team stand-ups, participate in sprint planning, and retrospectives; align development with broader team objectives. Create or maintain architecture diagrams, design documents, technical decision logs, and onboarding materials. Implement APIs/modules, ensure alignment with scalability and performance standards. Provide 1:1 support, pair programming, conduct knowledge sharing sessions. Collaborate with Product Managers, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams to clarify requirements and align delivery timelines. Stay updated with the latest libraries, frameworks, tools, and industry practices; apply learnings where relevant.
