About the Role As a Senior Software Systems Engineer, Federal Platforms, you will operate at the intersection of software engineering, systems behavior, and federal deployment constraints. This is not a pure DevOps role and not a feature-heavy backend role. Instead, you will focus on understanding how Keeper’s existing Java-based services behave in restricted, air-gapped environments and work with engineering teams to adapt, debug, and harden the platform accordingly. You will read and reason about application code, analyze system-level behavior, and help bridge gaps between product engineering and the realities of federal deployment environments.
