About The Position

1. Architecture & System Design Architect end-to-end solutions for Lab MES, LATS, HSTS, and PALMS, ensuring modularity, scalability, and alignment with enterprise standards. Define and maintain blueprints of architecture, including integration flows across SAP, CRM, iBase, MyLab, and other enterprise platforms. Lead the transition from fragmented legacy systems to unified platforms using microservices and modern software stacks. 2. BU Workflow Enablement Design and implement business-specific process and Hardware execution workflows within core systems Analyze, optimize, and document business processes to drive operational efficiency and support organizational goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to align system capabilities with business needs and operational constraints. Collaborate with BU stakeholders, GIS, and LabOps to align system capabilities with business goals and operational constraints Lead architecture reviews, MVP scoping, and governance processes for system upgrades and new feature development. 3. Integration & Data Management Ensure robust data synchronization across systems for lifecycle tracking, tool configuration, and component relationships. Define and enforce data governance policies, audit trails, and compliance protocols across digital lab solutions. 4. Mentor cross-functional teams including developers, QA, DevOps, and product managers in implementing architectural best practices. Coordinate with GIS, AIx, and BU teams to ensure seamless deployment, support readiness, and user training for lab applications. Ensure high availability and performance of production environments, including infrastructure planning and scaling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, systems integration, or software engineering
• Expertise in system design, cloud-native architectures (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP), microservices, and enterprise integration
• Demonstrated ability to develop, optimize, and document business processes

Nice To Haves

• Proven experience with MES, CMMS, or lab automation systems is preferred
